In an underground station:

  • you may take your bicycle with you in our metro trains but it is strictly forbidden to ride your bicycle in our underground stations
  • you may not cross the tracks;
  • you have to stay behind the safety line until the metro stands still;
  • you can't get in or out of a train when the closing door signal sounds;
  • you may not bring dangerous objects or parcels which might cause harm, disturb, smudge through their size, nature or scent;
  • please stay on the right of the escalators so travellers in a hurry can pass you by.
  • Pushchairs are not allowed on our escalators.
  • Loads weighing more than 25 kilograms may not be transported on our escalators

In a metro train:

Fire

  • Alert the driver through the alarm signal in case of fire or smoke development. The alarm signal does not function as an emergency brake.
  • The emergency services will be immediately alerted by the driver.
  • Get away from the fire.
  • Follow the instructions of the driver.
  • Fire extinguishers are at the disposal of the driver.

Help

  • Alert the driver through the alarm signal if a passenger is in distress. The alarm signal does not function as an emergency brake.
  • The emergency services will be immediately alerted by the driver.
  • If you have received first aid training, inform the driver.

Police

  • Alert the driver through the alarm signal in case of reprehensible conduct of one or more passengers. The alarm signal does not function as an emergency brake.
  • The emergency services will be immediately alerted by the driver.

Emergency

  • Alert the driver through the alarm signal. The alarm signal does not function as an emergency brake.
  • The emergency services will be immediately alerted by the driver.
  • Wait for instructions from the driver or the emergency services

Speaker

 

If you pull the alarm signal you will be in direct contact with our driver. Use only in case of danger. Except for reasons mentioned above, it is strictly forbidden to talk to the driver or disturb him while driving. Improper use will be punished.
