Your rights and duties

When organising an event it is required (or will be shortly) to comply with certain rules.

  • Operators of venues holding events where there is an entrance fee and where there will be over 3000 participants at the same time are required to establish an action plan designed to promote the use of public transport (Clean Air Decree of the Brussels Capital Region: http://www.pde.irisnet.be/pdf/Pages%20from%20ord25.03.99-77-79.pdf
  • By 2009, all major events taking place in Brussels will be required to submit a mobility plan, the terms of which will be detailed in the coming months.
